2 · What This Site Is

This site is an informational brochure and contact channel for a general-merchandise trading business. Department descriptions on the site are illustrations of retail scope, not offers to sell. Availability, pricing, quantities, and terms are established only through direct written quotation and a confirmed order. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, and submitting the order slip creates no contract.

3 · Transactions

Actual purchases are governed by the specific commercial documents issued for each transaction — quotations, order confirmations, manifests, invoices, and any separate written agreements. Where those documents conflict with anything stated on this site, the transaction documents control. Delivery terms, risk transfer, and warranties are defined in those documents, not on this website.

4 · New and Used Goods; Auctions

The store trades both new and used general merchandise. Used and auction lots are described by written condition grades, and bidders and buyers accept lots on the disclosed grade. Auction sales are final upon the fall of the hammer or accepted bid, subject to the settlement documents issued for each sale. Descriptions are made in good faith but do not extend warranties beyond those stated in the transaction documents.

5 · Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to solicit unlawful transactions.
• Misrepresent your identity or business credentials.
• Place bids or order slips you do not intend to honor.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.

You agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.

Disputes arising from or relating to these terms or use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
